TCU Frog Alley Parking Garage

The Frog Alley Garage is a 1,700-car parking structure that provides parking for students and football fans on the Texas Christian University campus. For this design-build structure, Datum teamed with Beck for architecture and construction services. The owner requested a short, 12-month design and construction schedule to insure the parking garage was open by the first home football game. To achieve this task, our design-build team brought in CoreSlab Structures to design and detail a precast garage. The design and shop drawings for the precast structure occurred concurrently to insure the construction schedule could be achieved.
