Q&A

Why do you work at Datum?

"I work at Datum because of the people, the projects, and the culture.  When I was looking for my first full-time job after graduation, I noted the high percentage of senior staff who started their careers at Datum.  And now 15 years later, despite some retirements & changes in leadership, this theme still holds true.  Many of the structures we design are challenging from a technical perspective - which I enjoy - but my real fulfillment comes from closely collaborating with talented architects, on interesting buildings that are shaping their community and the world with what goes on inside.  Datum embraces a "One Company" culture where knowledge & resources are openly shared, and all employees are respected, empowered, and rewarded."
