Q & A

What inspires you about your work?

As a structural engineer, you often get to stand at the confluence of artistry, science, and common-sense. Our work is tangible, intuitive, yet still complex and, at times, even theoretical. It makes for a compelling intersection of what may seem like competing truths.

Why do you work at Datum?

It may sound cliché, but the people at Datum can’t be beat. The people here are knowledgeable, humble, personable, emotionally intelligent…the list goes on. We get to do some pretty sweet projects, too.

What motivates you?

What motivates me most is the pursuit of knowledge and the opportunity to share with and learn from others.
