Courtney joined Datum in 2023 and is an Associate in the Austin office. Her infectious positivity and proactive approach quickly led her to take on project management responsibilities and serve as the main point of contact for several large, complex projects. She is cultivating strong client relationships and has become a key contributor to the firm's campus recruiting efforts.

Courtney received her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and went on to receive her Master’s in Structural Engineering from the University of California San Diego.
