Jim Pawlikowski, SE,
Jim has been involved with and led the structural design of some of the world’s most fascinating buildings, and his background includes experience in the design of tall buildings and complicated structures throughout the world. Jim is a leader in the Structural Engineers Association of Illinois, and also involved with the Chicago Committee on High Rise Buildings, and has co-authored more than a dozen technical papers on structural engineering projects and innovations. He also is heavily involved at his alma mater, The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, teaching classes for both the School of Architecture and the Civil and Environmental Engineering department. He has more than 25 years in the engineering profession.

his structural abilities exhibited in his designs and during field inspections are exceptional and include consideration to accommodate all the necessary architectural and MEP details. He is always helpful, understanding and timely with his work and with solutions to problems that arise during design and construction. He provides clear and useful direction to solve budget and coordination problems that arise during design as well as field problems due to issues that arise during construction.
