The 161,000-square-foot Henderson Avenue Development is a walkable mixed-use development that will consists of 10 buildings including, office (74,000 SF), retail (75,000 SF) and restaurants (12,000 SF), in addition to 500 subgrade parking spaces. The development will also provide beautifully landscaped public spaces and is anticipated to reach completion in 2026.
