The new $115M administrative office and service center at Pantex is a replacement office building for the National Nuclear Security Administration.

The superstructure for the facility consists of a combination of precast concrete and steel braced frames with concrete on composite floor deck and wide flange beams. The ground level structure was conventionally reinforced slab on select fill. Foundations consist of belled concrete piers.
