Western Tech Systems

Location

Lewisville, Texas

Size

60,000 sq. ft.

Design Architect

Parscale Group

This project delivers the new headquarters for Western Tech Systems along with refurbishment and storage functions, all supported by a structural system shaped by efficiency and sustainability goals. The narrow site results in short terminal bays, allowing the use of nonbearing Cross-Laminated Timber panels instead of conventional concrete walls. These CLT elements span to steel columns, reduce embodied carbon, and make a fully glazed entry elevation possible. A 3,500 square foot interior mezzanine adds flexible workspace within the warehouse volume.
