Howard Tompkins is an Associate and Structural Technician at Datum. He earned an Associate Degree in Architectural Drafting and Design from Texas State Technical College, and he works closely with Datum’s engineers to produce coordinated structural documents and support projects from design through construction.
His project experience includes K-12, higher education, healthcare, and municipal work, with notable projects including Dallas ISD’s Kramer Elementary School and Peabody Elementary School, Richardson ISD’s Parkhill Middle School, UT Arlington University Center, Old Red Court House Renovation, and Children's Medical Center Plano. Howard also takes an active role in mentoring developing staff and helping advance production standards and workflow improvements.
