Hidden Ridge Parking Garage

The new parking garage was constructed for a large telecom company at their new campus in Las Colinas. It is located on Hidden Ridge Road, which is quite a visible location, so the design was very important. The garage design compliments the aesthetics of the site conditions as well as being efficient and economical. The structure includes vertical cladding, different concrete mixes, and strategically placed screening. This open precast concept includes 144,000 sq. ft. and 337 precast pieces.
