Right where Hog Pen Creek and Lake Austin meet, sits the beautiful and practical Hog Pen Residence. The owner's wanted a playful design, which comes through clearly in creative elements such as a "crow's nest" office and a treetop level loft bedroom. Outdoor living was an important theme for the owners and is evidenced in a 75-foot lap pool, an elegant screened pavilion, two porches and a boardwalk that stair-steps down an immaculately manicured hillside. The L-shaped home is sited to provide exceptional views of the peaceful lake environment.
